Masseria Bottari is a fortified architectural complex dating back to the 17th century, of great historical and artistic value. The structure reflects the history of rural Apulian society, in which it has always been very deep the bond between man and the land .

The original seventeenth-century nucleus develops around a double courtyard, both paved with typical "chianche". The first has a large English lawn area; the second has, in the central part, a centuries-old carob tree.
